Dan, I am still upset that the ARRL pushed this unnecessary change from cycles-per-second to Hertz. This is just another one of those “improvements” that just confuses things.
I agree wholeheartedly. By the way, didn’t the switchover from cps to Hz take place at right about the time they were pushing incentive licensing?? Very interesting, no?

In fact, the conversion from cps to Hz came from ITU and not ARRL.
