All of these videos are great examples of how hams help their own and even other communities by passing NTS and other emergency traffic. As long as we have an off grid power supply amateur radio operators can come through when it counts the most. I like the idea of being able to help people in need even if I am not located in the danger area. Thanks for providing these videos, it’s nice to see all that technical material we work to master go to helping those in need, near or far. This is one of the reasons I wanted to be a ham to begin with.
I believe the future of amateur radio at least in part is dependent on how we can help the general public in times of emergency, and in making the public aware of what we do to that end. 73,
