So, I’ve been working a little FT8 lately. My motivation for doing so is to get used to using the WSJT-X software, so that I can participate in the HamSCI Meteor Scatter QSO Party that is coming up in a couple of weeks.
A side benefit is working stations whose call signs spell words that I haven’t worked before. A lot of these hams don’t get on CW, so I don’t have a chance to work them there. Joe, KA2MAT is one of those hams.
Kevin, N2TO, is not one of those hams. He writes,”NICE TO WRK U AGN—TAKE CARE—HV TO WRK AGN SN.” He was activating US-0454 with 5 W.
