About a month ago, one of my Elmerees purchased a Bencher BY-2 paddle on eBay. When he got it, he was a bit dismayed because the spring seemed to have been stretch where it meets the post in the rear. It didn’t seem to affect the operation of the paddle, however. He brought it over, I hooked it up, and proceeded to make a contact with it. I told him that if it really bothered him, he could undoubtedly get the spring from Bencher, and that it shouldn’t cost more than a couple of bucks.
Well, today, he e-mailed me that he had contacted Bencher about the spring, and that they not only sent him a new spring free of charge, but they also threw in a couple of new finger pieces. Now, that’s great customer services. My kudos to Bencher.
