New logo for my new online classes

August 14, 2020 By Dan KB6NU 3 Comments

A couple of months ago, I started teaching online classes in stead of one-day classes. So, of course, I needed a new logo. Here’s what Jeff, K1NSS, came up with:

Whaddaya think? My wife doesn’t think it really looks like me, but I like it.

By the way, I’ve already taught more than 50 students in the first three classes, and I think they’re going pretty well. The third class had their fourth and final session just last night.

The next class will start on Monday, September 14. If  you know someone that would like to take the class, have them click here to register. If they can’t make this class, but would like to know when future classes will take place, they can subscribe to my mailing list.

My first impression…your wife is right. Great job with the online classes!

OK, Jeff made a few tweaks. What do you think now? :)

Jeff generally struggles to get faces right. Having said that, the rest of his art is so darned good, and generally funny and good-natured too, that it’s hard not to like all of the stuff he does. I see in the sidebar that you’re using it, and you’re right: go with it.

I shudder to think though of what Jeff would draw based on my XL-size nose.
