Just got my Signalink installed and tested. #Seattle hams, monitor 145.500 (2m SSTV frequency) for image transmissions & reply. I’ll be transmitting every evening starting at 6:00 PM local time. #DigitalModes
Never really thought about doing SSTV on 2m. Perhaps I could get some of our club members do send a few pics over our 2m repeater before or after club nets.

As someone who teaches the rules, you may want to look at the symbol rate limitations of 440 before promoting a emission that is beyond what it allowed
Dave New, N8SBE says
Current FCC rules limit symbol rate to 56 kps, and max bandwidth to 100 kHz. By using various symbol-encoding schemes, you could boost the bit rate up, while still keeping the symbol rate low.
There are the usual raft of rule-haters hanging out on Hackaday, where the mood seems to be that the ham bands should all be turned over to unlicensed (and commercial) use. I find the lack of understanding of why/how the amateur service exists in the first place appalling.
