The Analog Devices ADALM-PLUTO SDR Active Learning Module (PlutoSDR) is a module that introduces the fundamentals of software-defined radio (SDR), radio frequency (RF), and wireless communications to electrical engineering students.It looks like a very cool device to me. Mouser has them for $140.
A visit to the Fluke standards lab
Being a bit of a measurement nerd, I love calibration and standards labs. This video focuses on the calibration of cable testers, but the principles apply to other electronics instrumentation as well. It’s a bit hypey, but I found it pretty interesting as well.
